The CNC machine is equipped with fast servo motors and cutting edge software, ensuring high precision and productivity. A design or a drawing of any level of complexity can be created on a computer with the help of any vector graphics editor. The design is then sent to the machine, which will then create a perfect outline of the design using two component outline resins, available in a variety of colours.
Outline resins consist of two components – A (base) and B (hardener) – which allows them to be cured at room temperature, requiring no additional equipment.
The outline can then be coloured in. This is done entirely by hand with the help of the two component acrylic infill resin and special pipettes. The resin mixture is quick to prepare and easy to apply and spreads evenly on the glass, making the surface look perfect and shiny. The software we offer allows to accurately calculate the amount of each colour of infill resin needed for the design, which helps avoid overuse and waste.
The two-component infill resin base is completely transparent. Concentrated colour pigments are added to the base, making it easy to create an endless variety of colours and shades, ranging from very bright and intense to pastel.
Infill resins also do not require heat or ultraviolet light treatment in order to harden. Once cured, the level of adhesion to glass becomes very high. The material withstands temperature differences, mechanical impact, various weather conditions and ultraviolet rays. The decorative glass created with the help of these materials can be used inside as well as outside.
